LnF follows a Kanban inventory management style to avoid overproduced parts and reduce manufacturing costs.

We satisfy all Kanban demands through repackaging, don't require any kind of minimum order quantity. This allows customers to get both the parts and quantities they need in an expedient fashion.

LnF has built up inventory at customers' warehouses. Customers only get to pay after the parts being used. This provide customers the opportunities to lower inventory carrying costs, increase cashflow, shorten lead time, and make just-in-time response.
